This winter the team behind The Pond are collaborating with Kanthi Kiran Thamma, chef and director of The Spice Circuit, to pop-up a bar and kitchen at The Hampton.
Easy Tiger offers a warm and friendly welcome to locals and tourists alike that appreciate the value of good food and drink served with an honest smile. A fully stocked bar, complete with top-drawer craft beers, sets the tone for an all-inclusive setup after a brief period of refurbishment was completed in November 2018. Chef Kanthi is passionate about his roots and proud to be able to share some of his heritage with the exploratory menu. Through his experience, Easy Tiger has set out to capture the culinary legacy of Indian food through the country’s famous Toddy Shop street side bars.
